Contract Architectural Technologist

As a Contract Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for various projects. Your main duties will include conducting site surveys, creating detailed drawings and 3D models, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met. You must have previous experience in an architectural firm or similar setting and possess a strong understanding of building codes and construction methods. Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will be liaising with various stakeholders on a regular basis.

To excel in this role, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines. You should also have a good understanding of AutoCAD and other relevant software programs. This position is contract-based, so you must have the ability to manage your time effectively and work independently. The salary for this role is 1000$, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
