Architectural Designer (Contract, Randers)



We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Randers. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various building projects. You must have a biometric passport and be open to working on projects that may require travel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure designs are feasible
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback
- Work closely with other team members such as engineers, contractors, and interior designers to ensure the successful completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present design concepts to clients
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
