Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Randers. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their budget and timeline requirements. Your expertise in building codes, materials, and construction methods will be essential in ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements
- Develop design concepts that meet the client's needs and budget
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for building construction
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and emerging technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Randers (accommodation provided if needed)
