Industrial Architect for Biometric Passport Design (Part-Time) in Randers, Denmark

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As an Industrial Architect for Biometric Passport Design, you will be responsible for designing and developing the physical appearance and functionality of the biometric passport. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that the passport meets all technical requirements and user needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for the biometric passport based on technical specifications and user requirements
- Create detailed 3D models and prototypes to visualize design ideas
- Conduct research on materials and production methods to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with engineers, graphic designers, and other professionals to integrate all aspects of design into the final product
- Review and approve samples from suppliers to ensure they meet design standards
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to present design proposals and gather feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role in product design
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp)
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and production costs
- Strong visual communication skills with the ability to create detailed drawings and presentations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
