Job Title: Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Randers. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects. This includes coordinating with project teams, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and managing budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting and scheduling
- Review designs for compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
