We are seeking an experienced and talented part-time Architecture Manager to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As a part-time Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various architectural projects within the city. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for architecture and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project needs and develop design proposals
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Oversee the work of architectural teams to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and construction documents
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and government officials
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a similar role
- Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with teams
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer competitive compensation of 1700$ per month for this part-time position. Visa sponsorship is also available for non-Danish candidates.
