Senior Architect - Design and Planning Specialist


As a Senior Architect - Design and Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our architecture firm based in Randers. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the design and planning of various projects, ensuring they meet the client's needs and specifications. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and designers to create innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and planning process for various projects, including commercial, residential, and public buildings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for the project.
- Develop detailed drawings, models, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within allocated resources.
- Work closely with the construction team to ensure plans are executed accurately on-site.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and building codes to incorporate into designs.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on their projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on commercial or residential projects.
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position. We also provide visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens who meet all other requirements.

Location:
Our office is located in Randers, but we also have remote work options available.
