We are seeking an experienced and dedicated English Teacher to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Assess student progress through various methods such as exams, quizzes, and class participation
- Provide timely feedback to students to help them improve their language skills
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment for all students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress
- Stay updated on current best practices in English language teaching

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Familiarity with current educational technology tools for online learning is a plus
