Job Title: Nurse in Acute Care Setting


As a Nurse in our Acute Care Setting, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, creating and implementing care plans, and providing direct patient care under the direction of physicians. This position requires excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessment and ongoing evaluations
- Develop comprehensive care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Document all patient interactions accurately and timely

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Active nursing license in the country/city of employment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a nurse in an acute care setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
