Florist Supervisor


As a Florist Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our flower shop in Randers. This is a contract job that offers a salary of 1500$ per month and includes accommodation. This position is suitable for both men and women.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of florists to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality work
- Train new employees on proper flower care, arrangement techniques, and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to maintain stock
- Create floral designs for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service while taking orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop to create an inviting atmosphere for customers
- Ensure all floral arrangements are completed on time and meet customer expectations

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a florist or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of different flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Ability to create unique floral designs according to customer requests
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail and creative flair for designing beautiful arrangements
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings for special events as needed
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
