Female Personal Trainer


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Personal Trainer to join our team in Randers. As a female personal trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized fitness plans for our female clients. You must have a strong passion for women's fitness and be knowledgeable about the latest trends and techniques in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness goals, health history, and any limitations or injuries
- Design customized workout plans based on individual needs and goals
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for all exercises to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement
- Monitor progress, track measurements, and make necessary adjustments to fitness plans as needed
- Provide nutrition guidance and advice to support clients' overall wellness
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attend workshops or conferences, and constantly expand knowledge base

Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with at least 2 years of experience working with female clients
- Strong understanding of female-specific fitness needs, including pre/postnatal, menopause, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledgeable about various training methods such as cardio, strength training, HIIT, etc.
- Ability to create dynamic workouts that challenge clients while also being safe and effective
- Passion for health and fitness with a positive attitude towards promoting overall wellness

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Randers (Open to all nationalities)
