Part-Time Restaurant Manager
We are in need of a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team at our busy restaurant in Randers. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality for food and drinks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all food and drinks are prepared to company standards and meet customer expectations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make necessary changes to current menu offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and restaurant best practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a similar role in Randers or surrounding areas
- Understanding of Danish cuisine and culture
Salary: 1300$ (negotiable based on experience)
