Junior Barista

We are currently hiring a Junior Barista to join our team in Randers. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers while providing exceptional customer service. This is a temporary position ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain experience in the coffee industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payment transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Ensure all food and beverage items are stocked and rotated properly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing techniques
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this temporary position is $1200 per month.
