Head Chef


We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to join our team in Randers, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for designing menus, ordering supplies, and managing kitchen operations to ensure high quality and efficient service. A minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef is required, with previous experience in a leadership role preferred. The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Ordering supplies and ensuring proper inventory management
- Managing kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks
- Maintaining food safety standards and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen
- Collaborating with the restaurant manager to plan special events or promotions
- Training new kitchen staff on menu items, techniques, and safety procedures
- Ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation
- Staying updated on industry trends and incorporating new ideas into menu items

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef, preferably in a leadership role
- Culinary degree or equivalent training/experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Creativity in designing menus and plating dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
