Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of constructing a building or structure, from the planning and budgeting stage to the final completion. You will be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedule
- Oversee construction activities to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project updates and progress
- Identify any potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep the project on track
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for materials or services needed for the project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in project management software

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Randers (relocation assistance available)
