Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Randers. Your role will involve coordinating and leading the project team, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring the timely completion of projects within quality standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are followed
- Create and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and change orders as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites
- Manage project documentation including permits, contracts, change orders, and daily reports
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license

Salary: This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
