Office Assistant in Randers, Denmark
We are hiring an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our growing team in Randers, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong communication and time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Keep track of office expenses and process invoices
- Support other team members with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be eligible to work in Denmark without requiring accommodation
