We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team at a renowned bakery in Randers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious pastries and baked goods using traditional and modern techniques. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry department, managing a team of pastry chefs, and creating new and innovative menu items.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pastry department, including training and supervising pastry chefs
- Create new recipes and menu items based on seasonal ingredients and current trends
- Ensure quality control of all pastries served in the bakery
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels for all pastry ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive menus for special events
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the bakery's offerings
- Monitor budget and expenses related to the pastry department

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating unique pastries
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time-management skills to meet production deadlines
- Attention to detail in preparing high-quality pastries consistently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred

Working Conditions:
This position is full-time, with shifts varying between early morning and evening hours. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, including weekends. The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
