Sales Manager - Randers, Denmark

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team in our Randers office. Your main goal will be to drive sales and increase revenue, while also developing and implementing strategies to meet company objectives. With your strong leadership skills and experience in sales, you will motivate and guide the team to achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
- Set sales targets for the team and track their progress
- Conduct performance evaluations for the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both new and existing
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies based on data analysis
- Experience working with CRM software
- Fluency in English (Danish is a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with bonuses based on performance. We also provide visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens.
