A successful sales manager is needed to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide training or coaching when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company goals
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Willingness to travel for work purposes
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field

We Offer:
As our Sales Manager, you will be offered a competitive salary of 1100$ per month (depending on experience). This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday-Friday. We also offer opportunities for career growth within the company.
