Job Title: Head Baker


We are in search of an experienced Head Baker to join our team in Randers. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring high-quality baked goods are produced and delivered on time. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a baker and possess strong leadership skills. A biometric passport is required for all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the production of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes
- Train and supervise bakery staff to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
- Create new recipes and develop innovative ideas for menu items
- Order supplies, maintain inventory, and manage budgets
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a baker in a commercial bakery setting
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
