We are seeking a part-time Administrator to join our team in Randers. As our company continues to grow, we are in need of an organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company records and databases
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare documents and reports for meetings and presentations
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

This is a part-time position, offering a salary of 1100$ per month. As this is an urgent hiring need, candidates with their own visa will be given preference.
