Seasonal Concierge

As a Seasonal Concierge in Randers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests during their stay at our hotel. You will assist them with any inquiries or requests they may have, and ensure that their experience is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a temporary position, perfect for those who are looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Make reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, etc.
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a calm and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
This is a seasonal position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Location:
The position is located at our hotel in Randers.

Please note:
This position does not require prior experience but preference will be given to candidates with previous hospitality experience. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Denmark. This is not a permanent position.
