IT Manager


We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Odense. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company's information technology infrastructure. This includes managing and maintaining our hardware, software, networks, and other technological systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Monitor and maintain all hardware and software systems, including servers, network equipment, computers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new software applications
- Plan and execute system upgrades as needed
- Conduct regular data backups to ensure the safety of company information
- Keep up-to-date with new developments in information technology and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
- Oversee the training of employees on new technologies or software applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or similar position
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Experience with project management principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
