IT Manager



As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure of our company in Odense. Your main duties will include managing and maintaining the company's network systems, hardware, software, and other technology resources. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our operations.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in information technology management and possess excellent leadership skills. You must also have a deep understanding of current technology trends and be able to make strategic decisions to improve our company's IT capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's network systems, hardware, software, and other technology resources
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our operations
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Oversee data backup and disaster recovery plans
- Evaluate new technology solutions and make recommendations for implementation
- Manage IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs
- Train employees on new technologies or software updates as needed
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
and laws

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of networking concepts
- Familiarity with security protocols and disaster recovery plans
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current technology trends

Preferred:
- Experience in project management
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Odense, Denmark (open to all nationalities)
