Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Set up new computers, printers, and other peripherals as needed
- Train clients on how to use new equipment or software
- Keep accurate records of all support requests and resolutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical issues efficiently
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work full-time in Odense

Salary: 1700$
