Job Title: IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Odense. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining computer systems, and providing guidance to users on proper computer usage.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues reported by clients
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Set up new user accounts and manage security access for existing users
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Educate users on proper computer usage and troubleshoot training-related problems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Document all support activities in detail for future reference
- Keep up-to-date with new trends in technology and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven working experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Windows operating system (Windows 7/10), MS Office Suite, and other common business applications
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN)
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, printers etc.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications (TeamViewer)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
