Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist

As an entry-level Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, installing and configuring computer systems and software, and maintaining computer networks. You will also be responsible for training users on new technologies, setting up new devices and equipment, and assisting with system upgrades. Your goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems and to provide excellent customer service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and hardware
- Maintain computer networks by performing regular updates and backups
- Train users on new technologies and assist with system upgrades
- Set up new devices and equipment for employees
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing user concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1600$
