Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in web development
- Strong knowledge of front-end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Java, Python or Ruby on Rails
- Working knowledge of database systems like MySQL or MongoDB
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain web-based applications using modern technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient and well-documented code following best practices
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot issues and perform bug fixes
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in web development
- Continuously improve software engineering practices within the team
