Information Security Analyst



We are hiring an Information Security Analyst to join our growing team in Odense. As an Information Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in protecting our company's information and systems from potential cyber threats. You will be responsible for conducting security audits, implementing security measures, monitoring networks for any suspicious activity, and responding to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions
- Implement and maintain security measures such as firewalls, encryption methods, and intrusion detection systems
- Monitor networks for any suspicious activity and investigate potential security breaches
- Respond to security incidents by containing the threat, conducting forensic analysis, and implementing remediation plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to ensure the company's systems are secure
- Collaborate with other departments to implement security protocols and provide guidance on best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, encryption methods, and intrusion detection systems
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns or anomalies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position. We also provide accommodation options for out-of-town employees.

Location:
This position is based in Odense but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who have their own valid visa.
