We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Identify training needs for the team and provide necessary training opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to motivate and manage a team towards success
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Danish is an asset

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
