Project Manager - Odense, Denmark


We are in search of an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects from conception to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution from start to finish
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Manage project resources and allocate tasks to team members accordingly
- Communicate project status updates regularly to all stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of Danish is a plus
