Data Mining Specialist

We are searching for a skilled Data Mining Specialist to join our team in Odense. As a Data Mining Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large amounts of complex data to identify patterns and trends, and to extract valuable insights for our company. Your main goal will be to help us make data-driven decisions by providing accurate and relevant information. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with data. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets using data mining techniques
- Identifying patterns and trends in data to provide insights and recommendations
- Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborating with teams across the company to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in data mining techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Mining Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python or R programming languages
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets efficiently
- Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to think creatively
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree in Data Science or related field
- Experience working with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
- Understanding of database design principles
