Interpreter/Translator


As an interpreter/translator, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between individuals who speak different languages. You will attend meetings, conferences, and other events to provide real-time interpretation or translate written documents. This role requires strong language skills, cultural understanding, and the ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely interpretation during meetings, conferences, and other events
- Translate written documents such as contracts, reports, and correspondence
- Adapt language and tone to convey the meaning of the original text accurately
- Conduct research on specialized topics to ensure accurate translation
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times
- Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Attend training sessions to improve language skills and stay updated on industry terminology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an interpreter or translator
- Fluency in at least two languages (including English)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Strong cultural competency and sensitivity
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong research skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Odense but may require occasional travel within the city or region.

Employment Type:
This is a full-time position.

Experience:
Experience as an interpreter or translator is required for this role. However, we welcome applications from freshers who have recently completed relevant education or training programs.
