Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all user-generated content on our online community platform
- Enforce community guidelines and ensure all members adhere to them
- Engage with members through comments, messages, and discussions to foster relationships and encourage participation
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute events or initiatives to enhance the community experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and contribute suggestions for improving the community platform

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Moderator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to remain impartial while moderating discussions and handling conflicts between members
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is preferred
- Must have valid work authorization in Denmark
