Facade Designer


As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative building facades for our projects in Odense. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to develop visually stunning and functional facades that meet project requirements and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop facade design concepts
- Utilize 3D modeling software to create detailed facade designs
- Select suitable materials and finishes based on project requirements
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction purposes
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors throughout the design process
- Stay updated with latest trends, materials, and techniques in facade design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facade design
- Proficient in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Creative thinking skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Odense
