Key Responsibilities:
• Perform finishing work such as sanding, painting, staining, and varnishing
• Repair and patch any imperfections on surfaces
• Install fixtures and fittings such as baseboards, trim, and crown molding
• Apply sealants and caulking as needed
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed within the given time frame
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks effectively
• Adhere to all safety regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finisher in the construction industry
• Proven ability to complete finishing tasks with high attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of various finishing techniques and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and understand project requirements
• Experience with using hand tools such as sanders, paint brushes/rollers, etc.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when necessary
• Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency preferred)
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
