Architectural Technologist


As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for buildings and construction projects. Your main duties will include conducting site visits, producing detailed 2D and 3D drawings, coordinating with engineers and other professionals, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural technology
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide support during the construction process by answering technical questions and resolving issues
- Continuously research new materials, techniques, and trends in architectural technology to improve processes

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position located in Odense. The salary for this position is $1400 per month. We also offer accommodation for our employees if needed. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm.
