Contract Preservation Architect - Odense, Denmark
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Preservation Architect to join our team on a contract basis in the beautiful city of Odense. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. This is an urgent job and accommodation will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough surveys and assessments of historical buildings to determine necessary preservation and restoration work
- Develop detailed plans and designs for preservation and restoration projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed successfully
- Provide expertise on materials, techniques, and technologies used in preservation and restoration work
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with preservation standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of project details, including budgets, timelines, and materials used
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in preservation techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience in preservation work preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of historical preservation standards, laws, and regulations
- Excellent design skills with the ability to create detailed plans
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1800$ per month.
