Commercial Architect

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Odense. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in commercial building design, codes, and regulations. They should also possess excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Develop concept designs and present to clients for approval
- Create detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Oversee construction progress to ensure designs are executed accurately
- Communicate regularly with contractors and suppliers to resolve any design issues
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on projects from concept to completion

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial projects in Odense or Denmark
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with BIM software
