Part Time Commercial Architect in Odense, Denmark


Our architecture firm is seeking a part-time Commercial Architect to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. This position requires a strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and goals for the project
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that the project is being built according to plans
- Make changes or adjustments to designs as needed
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and new developments in commercial architecture

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an architect, preferably with a focus on commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Denmark is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The exact schedule will be determined based on the needs of the company and the availability of the candidate.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
