Job Title: Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects in our company. This role requires a strong understanding of architecture principles, design processes, and project management. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality projects
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Review project proposals and provide recommendations on feasibility, costs, and resources required
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Provide technical guidance to team members on design solutions, materials selection, and construction methods
- Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, models, and presentations for client meetings
- Monitor project performance against established metrics and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Ensure that projects comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, design processes, and construction methods
- Proven experience in project management including budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and quality control
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to travel for site visits or client meetings if required
