Senior Architect

We are currently hiring a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept design to construction completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and inspections during construction to ensure compliance with design plans
- Oversee junior architects and provide guidance throughout project development
- Coordinate with contractors and other consultants to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve project designs
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal writing as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills for effectively collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Danish language

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
