Senior Architect - Part Time (Odense, Denmark)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Odense, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various building projects, providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, and ensuring that all projects meet budget, quality, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process for various building projects, including concept development, schematic design, and construction documentation
- Provide technical expertise in construction materials, methods, and building codes
- Oversee project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within allocated resources
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Mentor and guide junior architects in their professional development
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect with a focus on design development
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Denmark
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in Danish (both written and verbal) is preferred
