Experienced Truck Driver in Odense, Denmark


We are in need of an experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another. You must have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a clean driving record. The ideal candidate will also have experience with long haul trips and be able to navigate through different routes.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a heavy commercial vehicle, such as a semi-truck or tractor-trailer, to transport goods between locations
- Plan and execute routes to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Load and unload cargo from the truck using proper equipment and techniques
- Maintain accurate logs of working hours, vehicle inspections, and any incidents that occur during travel
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers on the road
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, including weight limits and safety protocols
- Perform routine maintenance on the truck as needed

Requirements:
- Valid CDL with at least 2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past 3 years
- Ability to read maps and use GPS systems for navigation
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds for loading/unloading cargo
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with long haul trips and knowledge of different routes across Denmark
- Proficiency in Danish language
- Previous experience working with refrigerated or hazardous materials
- Willingness to work flexible hours and extended shifts if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per week for qualified candidates. The position also includes accommodation options for out-of-town drivers.
