Floral Designer

The Floral Designer will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions. This includes designing and arranging flowers for weddings, birthdays, funerals, and other events. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a creative flair, as well as a deep understanding of different types of flowers and how to arrange them to create stunning displays. The Floral Designer will work closely with clients to understand their vision and create custom arrangements that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements for various occasions
- Selecting and purchasing the best quality flowers from suppliers
- Preparing flowers by trimming stems, removing leaves, and conditioning them
- Arranging flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers according to client's preferences
- Adding ribbons, bows, or other decorations to enhance the arrangements
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and ordering new materials when needed
- Providing excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences
- Setting up floral displays at events or venues
- Collaborating with event planners or other vendors to ensure cohesive design aesthetic

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer or in a similar role preferred
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers and how to care for them
- Ability to create unique designs that meet clients' requests
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in floral arrangement design
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must have free visa/ticket or be willing to relocate to Odense
