We are seeking a talented and highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in the beautiful city of Odense, Denmark. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and executing innovative and delicious menus, as well as strong leadership skills to manage our kitchen staff. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities:
- Create and execute creative and high-quality menus that align with our restaurant's concept
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards
- Manage inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity, efficiency, and quality
- Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to source fresh ingredients
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, flavor profiles, and food presentation
- Ability to create innovative menus that appeal to a wide range of tastes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
