Entry-Level Barista


We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Entry-Level Barista to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As an Entry-Level Barista, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and customer service, but may not have prior experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to company standards
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Handle cash transactions and accurately process payments
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods
- Attend training sessions to improve barista skills

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs)
- No prior experience required, but some knowledge or interest in coffee is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a valid work permit for Denmark (free visa provided by company)
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from more experienced baristas

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.
