Experienced Barista

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages following recipes and customer requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the counter, tables, and equipment.
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared to high-quality standards.
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Train new employees on beverage preparation techniques.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Salary: 1100$ per month

This is a full-time job with visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens. We welcome candidates with 12 pass education level.
