Sous Chef


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team in Odense. As our ideal candidate, you must have a passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes that will impress our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and creating new dishes
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
- Monitor food quality and ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards
- Maintain inventory and order supplies when needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
